The Menu Bar
Excluding the Apple menu, there are ten menus in TypeStyler's menu
bar. The menus work in the standard Macintosh way. You pull down a
menu to see its list of commands or items, and sometimes submenus.
The commands displayed in black can be selected; those in gray are
not currently available. Keyboard command equivalents are shown
next to menu commands. Menu item names ending with an ellipsis
indicate that a dialog box with options appears when these items
are selected. Menu item names ending in a triangle indicate a
hierarchical menu. When you select one of these, you'll see an
attached submenu from which you select an item. (Further detail on
the Menu Bar menus can be found in Appendix A: TypeStyler
